Academic Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech/ Diploma Engineering/ B. Sc
Professional Qualification: Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Job Description: 
Implement and maintain the project HSE Management Plan in line with statutory and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, factory acts, construction safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification risk assessments (HIRA).
Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Conduct safety induction training for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and task-specific training.
Ensure subcontractors comply with project safety rules and procedures.
Enforce correct usage of PPE, including specialized PPE for hot and heavy industrial work.
Monitor unsafe acts, near-misses, and hazardous situations; initiate preventive measures.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses.
Recommend and track implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
