• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and statutory regulations during the power plant overhauling shutdown.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for shutdown activities.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures, including Permit-to-Work systems.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
• Inspect work areas, equipment, and processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment throughout the shutdown period
