Description
- Implement site-level EHS plans, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Building & Other Construction Workers Act, and other applicable laws.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor high‑risk activities (work at height, scaffolding, excavation, crane operations).
- Approve work permits and ensure proper implementation of PTW systems.
- Manage EHS supervisors/officers at the project.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.
- Prepare MIS reports, incident/accident investigation reports, and audit findings.
- Coordinate professionally with client EHS teams and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct daily safety walks and routine site inspections.
- Identify hazards and perform Risk Assessments (HIRA/JSA).
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for unsafe acts/conditions.
- Lead accident/incident investigations and root‑cause analyses.
- Maintain incident records and track closure of action items.
- Conduct emergency mock drills and measure preparedness.
