Description

• Conduct site safety tour in the area allocated. Identify deviation to the ABG standards and suggesting control measures.
• Awareness and training
  • Conduct Tool box talk on daily basis and site safety talk for contractor
  • Carrying out induction for the contractor employees on day to day basis- full day
  • Conduct specific awareness session for the contractor labors and supervisors as per schedule defined by GIL-VIL
• Pre-inspection of tools, Tackles and powered hand tools of contractors as per schedule.
• Inspection of Vehicles, Cranes, construction equipment, etc.
• Carry out Specific inspections and Audits:
  • Tools and Tackles – ABG and Contractor
  • Portable power tools
  • Work permits
  • Gantry
  • Height work, confined space, hot work & LOTO compliance
  • PPE compliance
  • Vehicles movement, Traffic marshal’s effectiveness, etc.
• Review risk assessment/ JSA and audit PTW at location wherever activities are performed (Contractor and company employee).
• Communication of daily observation in the format given by client
• Maintaining Daily work report in the format provided by client
• Maintaining Weekly report and monthly report as per the format provided by client.
