Description
Job Summary:
- Must be at least a graduate in engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil/Construction Management/ Environmental Science from a recognized institution.
- Must have a SCTE&VT/AICTE recognized degree or diploma in Safety Management or NEBOSH IGC
- Must have worked for 10 years or more as on the date of deployment in the field of construction of power plant/ Port/ Petrochem/cement factory, out of which at least 07 years should be in HSE function and training.
- Must be a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Must be fluent in English and Oria/Hindi in reading and writing.
- Must have working proficiency in Computer operation including MS Office, Power Point, etc.
- The candidate shall be neither younger than 35 years nor older than 50 years. He shall have sound health to withstand tough site conditions and extreme weather. A medical check-up certificate from a Qualified Doctor (min MBBS) must be attached along with CV and the original be produced at the site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a customized training plan for the project.
- Educate on safety and environmental regulations.
- Identify and assess construction site hazards.
- Teach safety protocols and emergency responses.
- Instruct on proper PPE usage and equipment operation.
- Promote a strong safety and environmental culture.
- Stress the importance of incident reporting and investigation.
- Provide guidance on environmental compliance.
- Encourage continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and training requirements.
