• Ensures Total Corrosion Management vertical achieve its target Operating Margin as agreed.
•  Incremental revenue growth from the existing clients.
• Improves process efficiencies to reduce paint costs consistently to OEM recommended costs.
• Monitor and control productivity in line with cost (expenses incurred) and client budget.
• Client Satisfaction Index and should ensure response to the client on priority.
• Adherence to the client / quality specifications in the corrosion audit
• Adherence to schedules, compliance, procedures
• Periodic Reporting – Managing Manpower as per site production requirement & managing manpower attrition
• New Project Site surveys as instructed by Business Head HSE goals to be achieved in line with requirement of HSE Manager and Project Manager.
• To study and understand the project scope and specifications
• To carry out site surveys as per instructions of Business Head.
• To carry out the preliminary inspection / corrosion audit and conduct surface preparation.
• To ensure that the weather conditions are suitable for painting, check if the right materials are being used for blasting, check surface profile prior to the painting process.
• To ensure proper execution of various corrosion protection activities as per the guidelines from the Business Head and the client.
• To carry out inspection of work in progress including checking if the right procedure is followed for the coating work.
