Develop and implement safety policies and procedures specific to the incineration and recycling facilities, in compliance with local and international regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the facilities to identify potential risks and hazards and take corrective actions as necessary.
Provide safety training to employees and visitors on proper procedures, equipment operation, and emergency protocols.
Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
Collaborate with management, supervisors, and employees to promote a safety-conscious culture and encourage active participation in safety initiatives.
Monitor the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment throughout the facilities.
Marinating a record of all the training’s, tool box meetings, internal audits , incident investigations etc.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging safety trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve safety standards within the facilities.
Participate in safety committees, meetings, and training sessions to exchange information, address concerns, and promote safety awareness.
