Description

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures specific to the incineration and recycling facilities, in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the facilities to identify potential risks and hazards and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide safety training to employees and visitors on proper procedures, equipment operation, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
• Collaborate with management, supervisors, and employees to promote a safety-conscious culture and   encourage active participation in safety initiatives.
• Monitor the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment throughout the facilities.
• Marinating a record of all the training’s, tool box meetings, internal audits , incident investigations etc.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging safety trends, and technological advancements   to continuously improve safety standards within the facilities.
• Participate in safety committees, meetings, and training sessions to exchange information, address concerns, and promote safety awareness.
