Description

As a Safety Manager overseeing Civil and Construction activities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of all personnel and compliance with regulatory standards on-site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safety Program Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures tailored to civil and construction activities.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards, including OSHA guidelines and industry best practices.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Training and Education: Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, focusing on safe work practices and emergency response.
