• Safety Management:

  • Conduct risk assessments and site safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update safety documentation, including safety manuals, incident reports, and training records.
• Training and Awareness:
  • Conduct safety orientation and training sessions for all personnel involved in the project.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness through regular safety meetings and communication of safety alerts.
• Incident Investigation:
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
  • Prepare detailed reports of incidents and recommend improvements to safety practices.
• Site Inspections:
  • Perform regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and identify unsafe practices.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
• Emergency Preparedness:
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans specific to lifting, shifting, installation, and testing operations.
  • Organize drills and training for emergency response teams.
