  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure all JSA findings are communicated and understood.
• Method Statements:
  • Create and review method statements for lifting and civil activities, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and compliant with regulations.
  • Monitor adherence to method statements on-site, providing guidance and corrective actions as necessary.
• Training and Awareness:
  • Conduct safety training sessions and workshops for site personnel on lifting operations, risk management, and emergency procedures.
  • Promote safety awareness and foster a proactive safety culture among all team members.
• Incident Investigation:
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on safety performance metrics and incidents.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay updated with local and national safety regulations, codes, and best practices relevant to civil and lifting activities.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure site compliance during inspections.
