Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and deliver safety training programs for all personnel, including new employee orientations and ongoing safety education.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, including incident reports, near misses, and safety audits.
• Collaborate with project management and contractors to ensure safety protocols are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a stocked inventory of safety supplies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries and concerns on the project site.
• Stay current with safety regulations, industry trends, and best practices to enhance the safety program continuously.
