  3. Training & Awareness: Providing safety training to plant employees on topics such as proper equipment usage, emergency procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), and hazard recognition. Ensuring all personnel understand and follow plant safety protocols.
  4. Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring the plant adheres to all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and local laws. This could include environmental regulations, occupational health standards, and emergency response plans.
  5. Safety Meetings & Communication: Leading or participating in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and regular briefings to keep everyone informed about safety protocols and any changes to regulations or best practices.
  6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining records of safety activities, incidents, audits, inspections, and training sessions. These reports help track the effectiveness of safety programs and provide necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
  7. Emergency Response: Assisting in the development and implementation of emergency response plans. This may involve training employees in evacuation procedures, first aid, and fire safety.
