Monitor construction activities including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and equipment installation works.
Conduct site safety inductions for new employees, contractors, and visitors.
Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness programs.
Promote a strong safety culture among workers and supervisors.
Report, investigate, and document accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Maintain records of incidents, inspections, permits, and safety statistics.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on safety matters.
Advise site management on safety improvements and risk mitigation measures.
