Job Professional Qualification : Certified Rigging Supervisor / LEEA / LOFER / OPITO or Equivalent Ceritification

• Develop detailed rigging and heavy-lift plans tailored to the weight, size, and location of equipment (e.g., turbines, boilers) — selecting optimal cranes, hoists, slings, beams, and accessories.
• Perform load calculations to ensure equipment compatibility and structural safety.
• Inspect all rigging gear (chains, slings, ropes, shackles, hooks) before and after use for wear, damage, and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure proper storage to extend equipment lifespan and guarantee readiness.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments; implement safety protocols aligned with local regulations, manufacturer guidance, and industry best practices.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA/IS standards, and oversee job safety analyses (JSAs) prior to lifts.
• Lead rigging teams and coordinate with crane operators, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to execute lifts smoothly and safely.
