Description

• Monitor and supervise all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety rules, procedures, and standards.
• Implement and enforce HSE policies at site as per client and statutory requirements.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and site safety briefings.
• Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPEs by all employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Investigate near-miss incidents, accidents, and unsafe occurrences.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for safe execution of work.
• Ensure proper safety signage, barricading, work permits, and emergency preparedness.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections conducted by client or third-party agencies.
