Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct EHS induction programs, refresher trainings, and safety awareness sessions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, training workshops, and competency development programs.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessment modules.
  • Identify training requirements through site inspections, audits, and incident analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and project safety standards.
  • Maintain training records, attendance reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in organizing emergency response drills, mock drills, and evacuation exercises.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across the project workforce.
  • Support incident investigations and communicate lessons learned through training initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of construction safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
  • Experience in conducting EHS training programs for workers and staff.
  • Understanding of statutory safety requirements and industrial best practices.
  • Ability to prepare training content and maintain training documentation.
