Description

• Design, develop, and deliver HSE training programs for engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Conduct induction programs for new employees and contractors on safety protocols.
• Organize refresher courses and specialized training sessions (e.g., working at heights, confined space entry, electrical safety).
• Ensure training content aligns with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ensure all training programs comply with statutory regulations and company HSE policies.
• Promote awareness of legal requirements, environmental standards, and occupational health & safety norms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international safety standards.
• Educate staff on hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Train teams on emergency preparedness and response procedures.
• Conduct mock drills and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and certification logs.
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and compliance audits.
• Assist in developing HSE manuals, SOPs, and guidelines.
