Description

  • Supervise daily material handling activities (loading, unloading, shifting).
  • Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification & risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with IS standards, OSHA guidelines, and client EHS requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
  • Monitor crane operations, rigging, lifting plans, and ensure safe execution.
  • Verify permits (PTW), validate lifting tackles, and ensure safe usage.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives on safety observations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
  • Promote a safe working environment and intervene in unsafe acts/conditions.
