Experience in Industrial, Infrastructure, Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Construction Projects preferred. Strong knowledge of scaffold inspection, load-bearing capacity, and scaffold safety practices required. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspection of scaffolding structures before usage and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
  • Verify scaffold stability, load-bearing capacity, and safe access arrangements.
  • Ensure proper scaffold tagging and inspection records are maintained.
  • Identify scaffold-related hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and safety teams regarding scaffold requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and project safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report unsafe conditions.
  • Support work-at-height activities by ensuring scaffolds are safe for use.
  • Maintain inspection reports, records, and compliance documentation.
