Description

• As a Scaffold Supervisor/Inspector within the Construction Shutdown Project, your primary responsibility revolves around ensuring the safe and efficient erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures within the designated shutdown area.
• Your role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and industry standards throughout the duration of the shutdown.
• You will oversee a team of scaffold builders, providing guidance, instruction, and supervision to ensure that scaffolding is erected securely and in accordance with engineering drawings and safety procedures.
• Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections of scaffold installations to verify their structural integrity and adherence to safety standards, promptly addressing any deficiencies or hazards identified.
•  Throughout the project, you will serve as a safety advocate, leading by example to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance among all personnel involved in scaffold operations. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to safety will be instrumental in the successful execution of the shutdown project.
