We are seeking a highly skilled Height Rescuer Resource to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel working at elevated positions within our manufacturing facility. Your duties will include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing safety protocols, and providing specialized rescue services in the event of emergencies such as falls or equipment malfunctions.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments for tasks involving work at height.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide training to personnel on height safety practices and equipment usage.
• Maintain and inspect height safety equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Act as a first responder in the event of emergencies, performing rescues and providing medical assistance as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with height safety regulations and standards.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate height safety procedures to identify areas for improvement.
