Description

• Shall implement and enforce safety policies that reduce the risk of accidents.
•  Shall be responsible to meet 100% of objectives determined by the management.
• Shall ensure inspecting site conditions to determine if hazards are present and to
  establish procedures and policies to overcome those hazardous situations.
• Shall ensure periodic audit & workplace inspections and timely closure of non-compliances
  adhering to all safety rules.
• Shall ensure 100% Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) compliance at site.
•  Shall ensure reporting of all accidents and incidents and assist Safety Manager to conduct a safety investigation to determine root causes and take CAPA.
• Shall proactively identify training needs and provides training to employees on safety topics to reduce operational risk.
• Shall be responsible to ensure that toolbox meetings & monthly meetings are being conducted.
• Shall be responsible to act as ‘Safety Committee Secretary’ and perform desired roles wherever desired.
• Shall be responsible for reviewing and meeting YOUNGMAN & Client safety standard
  requirements for record-keeping.
• Shall be responsible to ensure a work permit system with strict compliance requirements.
• Shall plan Emergency Response drills and necessary Emergency training.
•  Monitor employee conformity to safety laws and policies.
