1. EHS Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and company policies related to wind power operations.
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of wind power project sites, identifying potential hazards and developing mitigation strategies to minimize risks to personnel, the environment, and assets.
3. Safety Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs for project personnel, contractors, and stakeholders, focusing on best practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
4. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
