Description

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures specific to erection activities, in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards associated with erection work, such as lifting operations, working at heights, and use of heavy machinery.
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and provide guidance to site personnel on safe work practices.
• Organize and conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors involved in erection activities.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses to determine causes and recommend preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear required for erection work.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and safety-related documentation.
