Safety Implementation: Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures for Electrical, Painting, HVAC, and Interior Fitout projects.
Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance at project sites and facilities.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
Training and Awareness: Organize and conduct safety training sessions for project staff and contractors to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
Incident Management: Manage and investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and hazards, and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards relevant to the construction industry.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, records, and reports.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response procedures and participate in emergency drills as required.
Safety Culture Promotion: Foster a positive safety culture among project teams and contractors through regular communication, feedback, and recognition of safety achievements.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to safety practices based on industry best practices, lessons learned, and feedback from inspections and incidents.
