Description

• Designing and implementation of Lift Plan. imparting training and guidance to riggers, rigging foreman, crane operators and signalman. Inspection before Critical and ODC Lift. The approval of lifting plan with ensuring designated & competent riggers, signalman & operators of T&Ps.
• To conduct & maintain records of toolbox talks & safety pep talks before every critical lift & ODC lift and submit .
• To point out lapses/deviations before every lift & highlight for corrective action.
• Evaluate the gaps in experience and capability of manpower deployed and provide support to ensure capabilities required for critical work by conducting capacity building programs for the Lifting gangs.
• To monitor/supervise every lifting activity with zero safety deviations.
