Description

We are looking for a Scaffolding Specialist to be deployed on-site to lead safety initiatives, focusing on the development and monitoring of comprehensive construction safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive safety initiatives at the site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of construction safety management plans.

Qualifications:

• Recognized certification from CITB, Scaffold Training School (STI), TUV, NSC, or equivalent for supervisor/inspector level; certification must be valid at the time of CV submission.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Specialist or Supervisor in construction, with experience counted only during valid certification periods. All certificates must have start and end dates; if an end date is missing, validity will be assumed for one year from the date of issue.
• Professional expertise in coaching and certification for scaffolding inspectors/supervisors and scaffolders.
• Competency in designing scaffold schemes based on site requirements.
