Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of site safety management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits.
  • Monitor construction activities and enforce safe work practices.
  • Review and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk jobs.
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.
  • Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.
  • Coordinate emergency response planning and mock drills.
  • Support project management in achieving zero-incident targets.
