Description

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
  • Ensure proper implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
  • Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs for workers and contractors.
  • Report, investigate, and document accidents, incidents, and near-miss events.
  • Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in emergency response drills and safety campaigns.
  • Support HSE audits and ensure closure of corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors and contractors to achieve project safety objectives.
  • Promote safe work practices and continuous safety improvement initiatives.
