Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities at site.
  • Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and permit requirements.
  • Manage manpower and resource utilization.
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections.
  • Verify material availability and site logistics.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Monitor project milestones and identify delays.
  • Maintain site documentation and measurement records.
  • Support project commissioning and handover.
  • Attend review meetings and provide project updates.
