Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
  • Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Ensure compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, and Electrical Isolation.
  • Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor contractor safety performance and enforce safe working practices.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
  • Coordinate emergency response activities, mock drills, and evacuation procedures.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, training records, and statutory reports.
  • Monitor compliance with client requirements and international safety standards.
  • Support project management in achieving zero incident and zero harm objectives.

Skills Required

  • Good English Communication Skills (Mandatory).
  • Ability to work effectively with multinational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safe work practices.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
