Safety Manager

• Lead and implement project EHS management systems.
• Ensure contractor compliance with approved EHS plans and project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, review JSA, Method Statements, and control measures.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Work at Height, Hot Work, Confined Space, Electrical, Lifting, and Excavation permits.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, behavioral observations, and compliance reviews.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor emergency preparedness, drills, and response arrangements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports and KPI dashboards.
• Enforce statutory, legal, contractual, and project-specific EHS requirements.
• Exercise stop-work authority in case of imminent danger.
